Flavio Marzolo

Flavio has more than 1 year of experience in the production of lithium-ion cells. In his previous experience as an R&D researcher, he has collaborated in coordinating and managing the actions and activities necessary to start the production of lithium-ion pouch cells; identifying and managing improvements in electrode coating processes, dry-room (and cleanroom operation) and cell formation area in collaboration with other teams. He collaborated in the management of the battery recycling process in the selection of technologies for the safe disposal, discharge, shredding and treatment of active materials resulting in the recovery of the component of interest. He has obtained a Master’s degree in Industrial Chemistry, which gives him the opportunity to create a bridge between bench-scales and Industrial Production.
