John Griffiths

John brings more than 30 years of c-level experience from the automotive industry, cross-functional strategy execution and transformation work.

He has previously served as Chief Transformation Officer/Chief Procurement Officer at Aston Martin in the UK. Before that, John held the position of Chief Organisational Officer at Pattonair, a leading global aerospace and defence supply chain provider. He has also previously held several positions at Rolls Royce PLC in the UK, with a focus on EVP Supply chain and civil large engines. John has also worked as VP Supply Chain at Management at Nissan Motor in Tokyo, Japan. He holds a Master’s degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from Insead University.
