Maria Jana Obernauer

Maria Jana Obernauer graduated from the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, the Faculty of Material Science and Technology. She holds a master’s degree from the Technical University in Vienna with a specialization in Renewable sources of energy in Central Europe. She has long-term engineering experience in the field of geological survey, mainly in the gold and uranium deposits in Slovakia, and gained board-spectrum experience in corporate social responsibility, and environmental and ethical aspects of the business. Got extensive experience in the field of CSR and ESG as a consultant and assessor responsible for the implementation and accreditation of ISO standards and certified management systems related to non-financial reporting. Has strong knowledge and passion for sustainable development based on an educational background in the field of renewable sources of energy and project management skills in the utilization of photovoltaic and geothermal energy resources in Slovakia.
