Martin started working in the field of maintenance as soon as he graduated as a mechanic-electrician. Now he has 10 years of experience in the maintenance of production lines and machines. He worked for several years as a maintenance technician/electrician and for the last time as a maintenance team leader in the automotive industry. He participated in the very beginning of the start-up of the previous company and production. His experience is in the field of electrical engineering, pneumatic, hydraulic systems and also automatization, industrial robots, and welding.
