Rada Kovac

Rada is a graduate mechanical engineer in the field of mechatronics. She has gained work experience in the automotive industry working in an international company with over 70.000 employees. She is most experienced in the Production sector, but has also worked in Quality and Technology departments. Skilled in managing and organizing daily tasks in production, overcoming challenging situations, and daily communication with the team members, suppliers, and customers. Rada stood out as the first female Production Supervisor in the factory and managed a team of over 60 employees.

Rada is currently studying for a master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka, Department of Entrepreneurial Management.
