Andrew Garman
Andrew began his career at Jardine Matheson & Co. in Hong Kong before returning to the UK and working at DWPF in London, a leading boutique financial advisory firm dedicated exclusively to project and infrastructure finance. Andrew has worked on numerous transactions in public and private infrastructure, spanning energy, waste management, accommodation and property sectors. Andrew is responsible for the infrastructure investment activities of IPM Group, which currently places him on the Supervisory Board of Dunkerque LNG SAS and as the Chairman of the Board of IPM Dune B.V., IPM Group’s investment holding vehicle in the terminal company. He is also a member of the Investment Committee of the special purpose fund established by IPM Group to invest in the Gaziantep Integrated Healthcare PPP project in Turkey. Andrew holds a 1st class Master of Engineering degree from the University of Edinburgh, and a Certificate in Business Accounting awarded by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
