Juraj Stevcik

Juraj is responsible for the overall financial management, strategy, and performance of the company. The role plays a key part in supporting business growth, ensuring financial stability, and providing strategic insight to senior management and shareholders.

Juraj began his career in PwC audit right after his graduation. His interest in real estate brought him an opportunity to work on an HB Reavis assignment. Later, he received an offer to join HB Reavis’ IFRS consolidation and reporting team. After 5 years, he left the company to join aspiring Slovak start-up Exponea in the role of Financial Controller. He shaped the Finance department, set up processes, and expanded the team from 1 FTE to 6 FTE.

He later moved to another Slovak pioneer cyber IT company, ESET, to join the Global Controlling team specializing in LATAM countries. Shortly afterwards, he decided to move closely to his hometown for the role of Controlling Manager in Semmelrock, a significant step forward in his career. After 3 years, he was promoted to the position of Head of Controlling for the Wienerberger Group in Slovakia (Wienerberger and Semmelrock), with his seat in Bratislava.

Juraj decided to leave this position and accepted an offer from Dynamik Holding, a Slovak family-owned construction and development company located in Nitra, for the role of Finance Manager / Deputy CFO.

Juraj holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Comenius University, Faculty of Management in Bratislava.
