Marian Pavlus

Marian Pavlus has more than two decades of experience in credit and private equity investing, corporate finance, and capital markets. Before joining InoBat, he was a credit analyst on Robeco’s global credits team in New York, evaluating high-yield and investment-grade issuers across the technology and media sectors in North America and Europe. Earlier in his career, Marian underwrote complex private equity transactions for Lone Star Funds in London. He has also advised early-stage private companies on capital raising, financial planning and analysis, and risk mitigation, including as a board member.

Marian earned a Master of Accounting with honors from the University of North Carolina, an MBA with distinction from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Yale University. He is a CFA charterholder.
