Radoslav Riedl

Radoslav, Director of BESS Manufacturing, is responsible for Production, Quality, Planning and Logistics, Facilities, Maintenance, and Aftersales.

Throughout his career, Radoslav has been involved in numerous large-scale implementations and complex projects, gaining hands-on experience in building and optimizing operations in dynamic and fast-growing environments. He has played a key role in shaping and developing end-to-end logistics across the entire value chain. He brings extensive experience from the automotive industry, complemented by a strong background in retail, e-commerce, distribution, and integrated management systems.

One of the most significant milestones of his professional journey was his involvement in a largescale strategic project in Nitra, Slovakia, where he contributed to the successful setup of logistics operations in a greenfield environment.

His ability to connect strategic thinking with operational execution makes him a valuable contributor to the company’s growth and long-term ambitions.

Radoslav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Comenius University in Bratislava and is fluent in both German and English.
