Tomasz Wrobel

Tomasz is an experienced engineer and production leader with over 13 years of industrial experience, including several years in the lithium-ion battery industry. Throughout his career, he has held progressively responsible roles, culminating in the position of Head of Production, where he was accountable for the entire production value chain, including engineering, operations, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain management, while closely cooperating with R&D teams.

His expertise spans production process management, internal and external logistics, warehouse operations, defect and root-cause analysis, engineering change management, and the successful leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Transitioning into the battery industry marked a decisive step toward a field he considers his professional passion—continuous improvement and optimization of complex manufacturing processes.

Over the past several years, Tomasz has consistently demonstrated strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on engineering capabilities, driving operational excellence, process stability, and sustainable production improvements in a highly demanding industrial environment.
