Victoria Vernarecova

With more than 20 years of experience Victoria brings a range of competences sharpened through transformational projects in international context. Starting her career in corporate strategy, Victoria participated in the preparation and successful realization of first IPO in Russian energy sector, that unblocked access of foreign capital to generation assets in Russia.

Moving to Enel Group HQ in Rome, Victoria continued her professional path implementing strategic projects focused on operational excellence, sustainability, effective and efficient operating models, reorganization, process reengineering and post M&A integration of assets across the whole Group (at that time 40 countries). Victoria’s focus was on thermal and nuclear power plants as well as RES.

After moving to Slovakia, Victoria was in charge of ESG and Sustainability framework implementation for thermal, hydro and nuclear power plants and further on continued her work in non-profit sector to fast-track meaningful impact on development and education with her business knowledge.

Solid experience from both corporate and start-up world, allows Victoria to execute the most ambitious visions in a fast changing environment through clear plans for a long-term growth with initially limited resources.

As her latest project, Victoria has set up EduBat a National Hub for Future talents, promoting STEM and creating a solid basis for education and labor market transformation.
